What The Fee Covers
Fees cover the appointment time, room use for Hull sessions, or the online link for remote sessions. Brief counselling notes are kept as part of normal practice.
- Included: a private first-floor counselling room in central Hull for in-person appointments.
- Included: an online session link for clients anywhere in the UK.
- Included: a written personal action summary only for the sleep and rota review session.
- Not included: court reports, custody reports, occupational health certification or fitness-to-work opinions.
- Not included: diagnosis of sleep disorders, ADHD, PTSD or any medical condition.
Payment specification
Payment, Cancellations And Receipts
Payment is due by bank transfer no later than 24 hours before each session.
Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice are charged at the full session fee, except for illness or emergency service call-out.
Receipts can state counselling session, date and amount paid. They do not contain diagnosis or employment opinions.
Employer work
Reflective Practice For Night Teams

Workplace reflective practice group for night teams, 2 hours within 20 miles of Hull. Mileage is charged at 45p per mile after 10 miles.
Minimum booking is 2 hours, with a short preparation call included. Visits are offered within 20 miles of Hull as standard, including Hessle, Beverley, Cottingham, Hedon and Immingham by agreement.
This is reflective practice for night teams, not employer-mandated disciplinary counselling, performance management or occupational health certification.

The listed individual counselling fees are the full amount payable; no VAT is added. Workplace purchasers can request receipt wording before booking.
Insurance
The practice works within professional boundaries and keeps appropriate practice insurance.
Confidentiality
Sessions are confidential, with safety exceptions if there is serious risk of harm to you or another person.
Rota Changes
Appointments can be booked up to 8 weeks ahead. Changes are handled as early as possible, with the 24 hour cancellation rule kept clear.
